Administrative/Client Service Skills. 

I have been employed continuously since I was sixteen in 8 different client service positions. During college, I worked as a secretary for the Master of Science Education department as well as various serving positions in local restaurants. Every summer, I worked in an office environment. Working through college gave me a valuable work ethic and customer service skills. I developed a professional voice, learned time and money management, and improved my office communication abilities. 

Teller | PNC Bank- Mechanicsburg PA, 17055 (May 2008-January 2009)
I was originally a teller for Pennsylvania National Bank, which was then bought by PNC during the summer of 2008. I was trained by Pennsylvania National as well as PNC. I was a "floating" teller and had to a flexible schedule to meet the demands of PNC locations within a certain radius. I worked at many locations, assisting clients with their transactions. I answered client questions and concerns by phone or in person. I escalated issues to management. I also balanced a cash drawer and counted money for various transfers. This position gave me excellent customer service skills as well as knowledge of accounting, company procedures, and quality assurance.  

Secretary/Office Assistant |
Bergdale Insurance Agency- Gettysburg, PA 17325 (May 2007-August 2007)
 I was a secretary and office assistant for Bergdale Insurance, where I updated client policies through manual and digital filing. I answered phones, sent faxes, handled bill payments, and gave clients necessary information about their policies. I learned the basics of the insurance industry, with a focus on automobile insurance. 

Telephone Repair Representative | Embarq Communications- Carlisle, PA 17013 (June 2006-August 2006)
As a telephone repair representative for Embarq, I took national calls and handled customer issues concerning landline telephones. I assisted in troubleshooting and escalated calls to supervisors when necessary. I had specific training for this position. There was a great emphasis on customer service and I learned a great deal about technical support.
